Shipping & Delivery Timeframe Policy
At Neonparty® UK, we always do our best to prioritise production and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, especially for customers selecting our Express Service option.
However, while we are able to expedite production internally, final delivery timeframes are dependent on third-party courier networks and transport providers. Because of this, all delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Please note:
- Express Service prioritises production and dispatch speed, but does not guarantee delivery by a fixed or exact date.
- Courier delays, weather events, customs processing requirements, import clearance procedures, transport disruptions, remote delivery areas, and peak seasonal demand are outside of our control.
- Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient lead time when ordering for events, installations, launches, weddings, birthdays, business openings, or other special occasions.
- Neon Party is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier, freight, customs, or government authorities once an order has been dispatched.
- Delays caused by courier or transport providers do not automatically qualify for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or compensation claims.
- If a customer has a strict deadline or required delivery date, we strongly recommend contacting our team before placing an order so we can advise the most suitable production and shipping option available.
Customs, Duties & Import Requirements
For international orders, the customer is responsible for complying with all local import requirements, customs procedures, duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, permits, and clearance documentation required by the destination country.
Where a shipment is delayed, held, returned, abandoned, destroyed, or incurs additional charges due to customs clearance issues, failure to provide requested documentation, non-payment of duties or taxes, or refusal to cooperate with customs authorities, Neon Party accepts no responsibility for resulting delays, losses, storage fees, return freight charges, or other associated costs.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, storage charges, redirection fees, return-to-sender charges, or other government or carrier-imposed charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Order Amendments Policy
Once an order has been confirmed, any customer-requested changes may affect production schedules, shipping arrangements, and delivery estimates.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Changes to the delivery address
- Changes to the destination country
- Changes to consignee details
- Changes to shipping methods
- Changes to delivery instructions
- Changes to design specifications after approval
Any customer-requested changes made after order confirmation may result in additional costs and revised delivery estimates.
Neon Party will not be responsible for delays arising from customer-requested changes made after an order has been confirmed.
Any additional freight, customs, storage, redirection, return-to-sender, re-delivery, or administration costs resulting from customer-requested changes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Neonparty® UK, the customer acknowledges and accepts these shipping, delivery, customs, and custom-order conditions.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
